Trustly is a payment provider that handles real-time payments to and from bank accounts in 29 European countries with over 3,300+ banks. A payment with Trustly takes place directly in the store's payment flow without the customer having to leave the checkout, which results in fewer interrupted purchases.

Reduced fraud and regret purchases

Trustly uses the highest available encryption standard on top of the banks' own security systems. Once the payment has been completed and signed, the transaction is irrevocable, which reduces the risk of regret purchases compared to, for example, card payments.

Unlike many other payment solutions, Trustly handles both deposits and withdrawals from bank account to bank account. This allows us to simplify the return process and administration for the e-merchant as the refund is made to the same account that was used at the time of purchase. In this way, the e-merchant also ensures that the refund is made to the right person.
